Create a consistent company profile
Legal name, assumed names, entity type, formation state, addresses, tax identifier, ownership, control persons, business activity, expected transaction patterns, and source of funds should be consistent across records.
Collect governing documents
Providers may request formation documents, good-standing evidence, operating agreement or bylaws, ownership records, resolutions, licenses, identification, and address evidence. The exact list varies by provider and risk review.
Separate operating controls
Plan who can initiate, approve, and reconcile payments. Use organization-controlled credentials, multifactor authentication, accounting integration, expense policies, and documented access changes.
Expect independent review
A bank or payment processor can request additional information, restrict products, delay onboarding, or decline the relationship. Mabnee cannot guarantee approval.
