Acceptance
By accessing or using Mabnee, creating an account, saving a business workspace, or authorizing a paid service, you agree to these Terms of Use and the posted Privacy Notice. Additional order-specific disclosures shown before checkout also apply to that order. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.
Eligibility and authority
You must be legally able to use the service and authorized to act for any business you create or manage in Mabnee. You may not submit another person’s information, represent another entity, authorize a filing, or incur a charge for another party without appropriate authority.
What Mabnee provides
Mabnee provides business-planning workflows, account-based business workspaces, roadmap and compliance organization, source-aware requirement discovery, document-readiness tools, application preparation, and activated paid support services. Some activities are performed within Mabnee; others require a government portal, financial institution, registered-agent provider, filing partner, vendor, or licensed professional.
Mabnee may display services that are technically integrated but commercially gated. Checkout is intentionally blocked when required provider coverage, credentials, current government-fee data, or other activation controls are incomplete.
No professional advice
Unless a separately identified and appropriately licensed professional is engaged under a separate agreement, Mabnee does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, clinical, licensing, or other regulated professional advice. Filing assistance, workflow guidance, checklists, and software output do not replace professional judgment.
No government affiliation or guarantee
Mabnee is not a government agency. Payment to Mabnee does not guarantee name availability, formation, filing acceptance, tax treatment, license issuance, funding, bank approval, processing time, permission to operate, or any other government or third-party outcome.
Government forms, fees, portals, deadlines, rules, and instructions can change. The controlling agency or authoritative source prevails.
Accounts and business workspace
Mabnee accounts can preserve selected onboarding and business-workspace information across devices. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, protecting credentials and devices, and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Do not place passwords, payment-card numbers, private keys, patient information, identity documents, or other sensitive information into ordinary Mabnee fields unless Mabnee expressly provides a secure field or workflow designed for that data.
Pricing and payment authorization
Mabnee’s service price is shown separately from government fees, taxes, and third-party charges. Government or agency fees remain controlled by the relevant authority. When Mabnee collects a government fee in checkout, the amount must be tied to a current verified source for the applicable filing. If Mabnee does not collect that fee, the user remains responsible for paying it through the disclosed process.
By completing Stripe Checkout, you authorize the displayed one-time or recurring charge. Mabnee does not accept a browser-supplied charge amount as authoritative; charges originate from Mabnee’s server-controlled service catalog and are reconciled against verified payment-provider events.
Recurring services
Recurring services disclose the recurring amount and billing period before authorization. For example, Mabnee Care is priced at $199/year and Mabnee Care + Agent at $299/year when those offerings are commercially active for the customer. Mabnee Protect is structured as a $499 first-year Mabnee service total consisting of a $200 one-time setup component plus the first $299 annual Care + Agent term; continued Care + Agent renews at $299/year unless canceled.
Where recurring checkout is active, Mabnee provides a Stripe-hosted billing-management path for eligible customers to update payment information, review billing records, and manage future renewal according to the active subscription policy.
Cancellation and refunds
Unless a checkout disclosure or applicable law provides more favorable terms, canceling a recurring service stops future renewal but does not automatically reverse a completed prior billing period. Government, agency, publication, shipping, provider, or other third-party fees may be non-refundable after they are incurred or submitted.
For one-time Mabnee services, a cancellation request received before Mabnee begins substantive fulfillment is eligible for return of the unearned Mabnee service fee. After preparation, provider work, submission, or another material fulfillment step begins, the amount eligible for refund may be reduced by work already performed and non-recoverable external costs, subject to applicable law. Any recoverable customer funds not spent for the authorized purpose will be returned.
Filing and service authorization
A payment alone is not authorization to submit incomplete, changed, or unreviewed information to an agency. When a direct submission workflow is active, Mabnee requires the applicable business information, user review, required attestations or signatures, and an authorized submission channel before transmission.
Mabnee distinguishes preparation, transmission, receipt, acceptance, and approval. A status in one stage must not be interpreted as a later stage unless confirmed by the controlling provider or agency.
Registered-agent and address services
Registered-agent or address services are available only where an approved provider, service area, appointment process, forwarding/escalation workflow, and cancellation path are active. A registered-agent address does not automatically replace every business, mailing, licensing, banking, or operational address requirement.
User responsibilities
- Provide accurate, complete, current, and authorized information.
- Review every material answer, document, fee, source, deadline, renewal, and destination before authorization.
- Maintain current contact information and monitor notices from Mabnee, providers, and agencies.
- Obtain legal, tax, accounting, insurance, licensing, and other professional advice when appropriate.
- Do not operate a regulated business before all required approvals are received.
Third-party services
Mabnee may integrate with or link to payment processors, filing providers, government agencies, registered agents, domain and email providers, banks, insurers, software vendors, and professionals. Their separate terms, privacy practices, prices, availability, decisions, and service limitations apply when you use their services.
Prohibited use
You may not use Mabnee to violate law, misrepresent identity or authority, submit false information, infringe rights, probe or disrupt security, introduce malicious code, scrape or overload the service, evade payment or service controls, manipulate authoritative transaction status, or impersonate a government or licensed professional service.
Intellectual property
The Mabnee name, visual identity, site design, original content, workflow structure, and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Mabnee for lawful personal or internal business purposes.
You retain rights in information you provide. You grant Mabnee the permissions reasonably necessary to operate the requested account, workspace, billing, and activated service workflows as described in the Privacy Notice and applicable order disclosures.
Availability and changes
Mabnee may change, suspend, test, gate, or discontinue features or providers. Do not rely on platform availability as the only method for meeting a legal deadline; maintain appropriate independent records and deadline controls.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mabnee is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, government acceptance, professional outcome, or fitness for a purpose not expressly agreed in a paid order.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mabnee and its operators, contributors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits, missed deadlines caused by third parties, agency decisions, or unauthorized use outside Mabnee’s reasonable control. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so portions of this section may not apply.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated as Mabnee’s services change. Material changes will receive an updated effective date, and additional consent will be requested where required.
Contact
Use the Contact page for service, cancellation, refund, or terms questions. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers, SSNs, private keys, patient information, or identity documents in an ordinary contact message.
