Software, not professional advice
Mabnee provides software-assisted education, organization, drafting, and workflow support. It is not a law firm, CPA firm, tax preparer, investment adviser, registered agent, licensing board, or government agency.
AI can be wrong
AI-generated explanations, classifications, summaries, and recommendations may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. High-consequence information should be reviewable, traceable to a current authoritative source where practical, and checked before use.
Requirements change
Laws, forms, fees, filing methods, agency procedures, tax rules, publication requirements, professional restrictions, and local permits can change. A roadmap item is not a legal conclusion or guarantee that every applicable requirement has been identified.
User review and authorization
Mabnee should not silently submit a consequential filing. Before an activated submission, the user must be shown the information, provider, destination, fee breakdown, authorization language, and material disclosures, then affirmatively approve.
Third-party decisions
Government agencies, banks, insurers, registered agents, payment processors, wholesalers, payers, health plans, licensing boards, marketplaces, and other providers control their own acceptance decisions, requirements, and processing timelines.
Public-beta storage
The current onboarding, roadmap, and Business Passport workspaces use browser storage. They are not cloud accounts, encrypted vaults, durable backups, or official records. Browser clearing, private browsing, device loss, or browser policies can remove the data.
Sensitive information
Do not place Social Security numbers, passwords, bank credentials, identity documents, private health information, or similar high-risk data into ordinary profile, description, contact, or checklist fields. Future high-risk workflows require purpose-specific controls.
Payments are not active
The public beta does not represent that Mabnee is currently collecting government filing fees or transmitting applications. Before activation, checkout must distinguish Mabnee fees, agency fees, taxes, and third-party charges, and state the applicable refund and cancellation terms.
Availability
Public-beta functions can change, be suspended, or be removed. A feature shown in a roadmap or marketing page is not necessarily available for a paid or regulated transaction.
