What is Mabnee?
Mabnee is a software platform designed to organize the path from a business idea through formation, tax setup, licensing, digital identity, vendors, banking preparation, and ongoing compliance. It explains and sequences work; it does not replace the government agencies and licensed professionals who control or advise on many of those steps.
Does Mabnee form a company for me today?
The public beta creates a business profile, guided onboarding flow, roadmap, and Business Passport workspace. Direct filing, payment collection, identity verification, registered-agent service, and agency submission are not activated unless the site clearly identifies the provider, fee, authorization, and submission terms before checkout.
Is Mabnee a law firm, CPA firm, tax preparer, or government agency?
No. Mabnee is software. It can organize information and explain general workflows, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or regulated-profession advice. Complex ownership, elections, licensing, and professional-entity questions should be reviewed by qualified professionals.
How does Mabnee support all 50 states?
The product architecture supports state-specific roadmaps and source records. State support does not mean every law, local permit, regulated license, form, or fee is automatically current. Consequential requirements must be verified against the applicable official agency before filing or payment.
Where is my information stored in the public beta?
The current onboarding profile, roadmap checks, and document checklist are stored in your browser using local storage. That is not a cloud account, encrypted document vault, backup service, or government record. Clearing browser data can remove it.
Should I enter my Social Security number or bank password?
No. Do not enter Social Security numbers, passwords, bank credentials, identity documents, private health information, or other high-risk personal data into ordinary profile, contact, or description fields. The optional EIN field in onboarding is kept in memory for that browser session and is not written to the saved profile.
Can Mabnee guarantee an application will be approved?
No. Government agencies, banks, insurers, licensing boards, vendors, payers, and other third parties make their own decisions and control their own processing times, requirements, and fees.
Will Mabnee charge government fees?
Not in the current public beta. Before any paid submission launches, the checkout must separately show Mabnee fees, government fees, taxes, third-party charges, refund terms, and the identity of the filing or payment provider.
What is the Business Passport?
It is a reusable, non-sensitive company profile and checklist designed to reduce repeated data entry. The browser-local beta can export a safe JSON copy and track whether common business documents exist; it does not upload or verify documents.
What happens after I finish onboarding?
Mabnee creates a personalized working roadmap based on the selected industry, structure, formation state, goals, and timeframe. The roadmap is an organizing tool—not proof that any filing, registration, license, or account has been completed or accepted.
Can I delete my public-beta data?
Yes. Open the Workspace and use Clear local data. That removes the Mabnee onboarding profile, roadmap checks, and Business Passport checklist from that browser. It cannot remove data you independently sent to a third party.
How do I report a problem?
Use the Contact page and do not include sensitive personal information. For security concerns, use the Security page’s reporting guidance.
