It explains and sequences work; it does not replace the government agencies and licensed professionals who control or advise on many of those steps.

Mabnee provides a source-dated managed filing case for domestic LLC formation in all 50 states and Washington, DC. The case retains preparation, customer review, authorization, required government-controlled steps, receipts, corrections, acceptance evidence, and the accepted entity record. A customer leaves Mabnee only when the agency requires personal authentication, identity, signature, CAPTCHA, or direct payment. Mabnee never treats opening a portal, paying a fee, or supplying an unverified receipt as submission or acceptance.

No. Mabnee is software. It can organize information and explain general workflows, but it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, or regulated-profession advice. Complex ownership, elections, licensing, and professional-entity questions should be reviewed by qualified professionals.

Mabnee maintains an exact, source-dated domestic-LLC baseline for all 50 states and Washington, DC, including the controlling filing authority, official destination, fee model, formation rules, and periodic-report requirement. Corporation, nonprofit, professional-entity, foreign-qualification, industry, and local requirements remain separate expansion layers and are not inferred from the LLC baseline.

Anonymous work can remain in your browser. For signed-in users, eligible onboarding, roadmap, Business Passport, application-preparation, and managed-filing records synchronize to account-linked Neon records protected by row-level access controls. The separate Secure Vault accepts files only when its live production gate is active; those files go directly to private KMS-encrypted AWS quarantine and require a clean GuardDuty result before download. Do not put sensitive files into ordinary fields.

No. Do not enter Social Security numbers, passwords, bank credentials, identity documents, private health information, payment-card data, or other high-risk personal data into ordinary profile, contact, description, checklist, or filing-note fields. The optional EIN field in onboarding is kept in memory for that browser session and is not written to the saved profile.

No. Government agencies, banks, insurers, licensing boards, vendors, payers, and other third parties make their own decisions and control their own processing times, requirements, and fees.

Not until checkout is explicitly activated. Before any paid submission service launches, checkout must separately show Mabnee fees, government fees, taxes, third-party charges, refund terms, and the identity of the filing or payment provider. Payment, submission, and government acceptance remain separate states.

It is a reusable, non-sensitive company profile and checklist designed to reduce repeated data entry. Eligible records can synchronize to the signed-in Mabnee account, and a safe JSON copy can be exported. It does not itself upload or verify files; the separate Secure Vault handles protected documents when its production gate is active.

Mabnee creates a personalized working roadmap based on the selected industry, structure, formation state, goals, and timeframe. The roadmap is an organizing tool—not proof that any filing, registration, license, or account has been completed or accepted.

Yes. Open the Workspace and use Clear local data. That removes the Mabnee onboarding profile, roadmap checks, and Business Passport checklist stored in that browser. It cannot remove account-linked records or data you independently sent to a third party.
