Mabnee provides general educational information, planning tools, explanations, checklists, document-readiness prompts, and workflow organization. Content is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, clinical, licensing, or other regulated professional advice.
Business structure, ownership, tax elections, employment, licensing, contracts, privacy, insurance, professional practice, and other decisions can have significant consequences. A qualified professional should be consulted when the facts or law require professional judgment.
No government affiliation
Mabnee is not a federal, state, county, municipal, tribal, territorial, or foreign government agency. Agency names, forms, portals, fees, processing times, instructions, and status information are controlled by the applicable authority.
A government agency may reject, delay, return, investigate, condition, or request additional information for any submission. Mabnee cannot guarantee acceptance, approval, processing time, license issuance, tax status, funding, contracting, or permission to operate.
Source status and changing requirements
Laws, regulations, forms, fees, portals, policies, interpretations, and agency instructions can change. A public page is not a substitute for the current controlling source. Mabnee’s intended product model records jurisdiction, source, and verification date, but the official authority remains controlling.
Users should review the final official form, instructions, fee, deadline, and destination before authorizing a submission or payment.
Professional and regulated businesses
Healthcare, pharmacy, law, accounting, engineering, architecture, real estate, construction, financial services, transportation, childcare, food, alcohol, controlled substances, and other regulated activities may require professional, facility, ownership, product, location, inspection, payer, wholesaler, or operating approvals beyond entity formation.
Creating an entity does not itself authorize a regulated business to operate.
Third-party products and services
Mabnee may identify or link to government agencies, registered agents, banks, domain registrars, email providers, software vendors, insurers, attorneys, accountants, wholesalers, payers, credentialing organizations, and other third parties. Unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement, those parties are independent and Mabnee does not control their eligibility decisions, terms, prices, security, performance, or availability.
Advertising, referral, affiliate, sponsorship, or commercial relationships should be disclosed where they affect placement or compensation.
Fees and payments
Any future paid workflow should separately identify the Mabnee charge, government fee, third-party charge, professional fee, optional expedited charge, recurring term, renewal condition, and cancellation method before authorization. A quoted fee may change if the controlling agency or provider changes it.
User responsibility
The user is responsible for providing accurate, complete, authorized, and current information; reviewing prepared answers; protecting credentials; obtaining required professional advice; and confirming that all approvals required to operate have been received.
Do not enter another person’s personal information, sign on behalf of another party, or submit an application unless legally authorized.
No attorney-client or professional-client relationship
Using Mabnee, reading content, completing an onboarding flow, or preparing a message does not create an attorney-client, accountant-client, registered-agent, insurance, banking, clinical, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Any such relationship must be created through a separate, explicit engagement with the appropriately licensed or authorized provider.
Public launch status
This notice governs the current public informational and planning experience. Before paid filing, account, document, payment, or sensitive-data services launch, Mabnee should publish the applicable operator identity, service terms, privacy terms, refund and cancellation terms, jurisdictional disclosures, and any professional or third-party relationships required for that service.
