Keep the official receipt, payment reference, filing reference, and any PDF issued by the state. A payment receipt proves payment—not necessarily formation acceptance.
Reconcile the final entity record
Only an attributable agency record or accepted formation document should move the business to formed/accepted. Then Mabnee can seed EIN, banking, governance, and periodic-compliance work.
